Bullying situation in children, when starting new school, is a time of high anxiety with new classes and friends. So the last thing you require is a bully to complicate thing. As a result, no wonder you will want to get rid of this bully as fast as possible.
Easy ways to get rid of a Bully
- You need to prove everyone that you're not to be messed with and show that you are confident and won't take bullying.
- Do not start a physical fight with bullies. Since far too often the bully victim is seen as the one in the wrong.
- Several schools have a zero tolerance rule. If someone does fight you, you can report it to the school.
- Your school may have a analyst who you can talk to in private about anything that is bothering you.
- Avoid let the bullies see that they are hurting you or making you sad since they will see this and continue and/or get worse.
- Usually ignoring them works, other times it doesn't. You need to judge whether it is best to ignore or stand up for yourself depending on the situation.
- If your child have bully, tell as many teachers as possible and your parents. You might suffer from even more bullying if you tell but it should be worth it. If the teachers stop the bullying, then that's good. If this doesn't work...then try again however, remember, violence isn't the answer.
- Keep your hand on your hip, walk with confidence and show those bullys you aren't bothered.
- Stop lower yourself to a bullies level.
- Keep in mind its NOT YOUR FAULT if you are being bullied.
- Never show signs that they are affecting you by looking insecure, even if you are since the bully will find this amusing and continue all the more.
- Be confidence. You will joint more friends and people will not pick on you as much if you look like you are confident.
- If possible avoid isolating yourself. Have friends with you.
- Stop getting straight into trouble in a new school. Just concentrate on your work to start with then find an opportunity a few weeks or month.
- Remember that somebody purposely touching you without your permission, may be a crime, even if the perpetrator is a child, and should be reported to an adult you trust unless it is so small that you give your permission after the act.
