Spider veins are similar to varicose veins in this the veins near the surface of skin gets enlarge or bulged in size with blood when they become unable to circulate the blood towards other organs of body. Spider veins are smaller in size and usually appear on hands or legs to create web like pattern.
How to get rid of Spider Veins?
These veins are not only awful in appearance but also causes pain in that part but now a days due to research different ways has been found to get rid of them
- The formation of veins generally happens due to bodies inability to breakdown the component called fibrin and hence it gets deposited in the veins to gibe the bulgy appearance.
- There are some foods that have the ability to break down the fibrin that are garlic and onion so to solve the problem add large quantities of these foods in your daily meals.
- Even pineapple is also found good for removing spider veins. You can have it in the form of juice for breakfast every morning.
- Have at least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables in your diet to provide high fiber as it is also effective to clear out the spider veins in due course of time.
- Soak a cotton pad in apple cider vinegar and apply it directly on the area having spider veins or you can also consume by mixing sugar or honey with water to it this is a proved method to eliminate the spider veins.
- While taking bath use cold water or you can soak your towel in cold water and rub the area with it this increases the blood circulation around the area and helps in eliminating the spider veins effectively.
- If you have these veins on your legs then avoid prolong sitting or standing, move out frequently to reduce the probability of more spider veins formation
