About Muffin Top
Muffin top is a usually slang condition for the unattractive rolls of flab spill over the top of jeans and pants, similar to the top of a muffin growing from its paper wrapper.
Muffin top problem generally occur when you are wearing low waist pants and midriff tops, although they can occur with any pants which are too tight.
Prevention for Muffin Top
- Also sit with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor. Bend back slightly. To keep your body stable uses your lower abdominal muscles. Hold a 10-lb. Drug ball between your hands. Shift your arms from one side to the other. Touch the floor near your waist each time you bring your arms over. Do again at least 12 times.
- Lie down flat on your back, legs straight up in the air. Drag with your abs to lift your backside up and down. Do again at least 10 times.
- Carry down your legs. Turn your knees and put your feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips so that your body is straight. Hold for a few seconds. Do again at least 10 times. Work up to 3 or more sets with each exercise.
- Take on healthy eating habits. Perform cardio workouts at least three times a week to burn fat. Take on other exercises to tone your abdomen and lower back.
- Buy that type clothes they have fit. Take pants in the right size and confirm they fit in the waist without cinching it.
- Seem for jeans with a higher waist or low rise jeans that are not rather so low. Select tops that float away from your body and cover your midsection.
Some Tips for Muffin Top
- Do regularly walking, jogging, running, yoga, aerobics, swimming, dancing etc.
- Avoid buying tight and low waist jeans.
- Hit the gym. Do cardio. Stop cheating.
- Avoid drinking beer - you are underage anyway.
- Have small portions of good foods. Stop ingestion fast food. It will just make you lubricant.
