  2. The best way to cover your gray hair is to dye it with color though it contains chemicals but gives good results to start with use temporary colors without ammonia and choose the color carefully and apply it by taking help of someone
  3. To prevent or delay the graying of hair the basic thing is to nourish them properly for this you must oil your hair either with coconut or almond oil regularly before applying shampoo this prevents the unnatural graying of hair.
  4. The other most important thing is you should not pluck the gray hair this will result in increased gray hair formation it is told by elders in our house not to pluck the gray hair so avoid it completely.
  5. Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and olive oil apply it gently on your scalp leave it on for a moment and rinse with shampoo it delays the graying of hair
  6. Make a strong decoction with tea and add a pinch of salt to it after it cools down wash your hair and scalp with this and leave for 30 minutes after that wash it with water don’t use shampoo after following this procedure
  7. If you want to stay out of that chemicals in the dye prepare henna with tea water in iron pot leave it overnight and apply this henna to your hair this will give more darker shade to your gray hair than brown.
  8. Keep 1 cup of water to boil and add a teaspoon or two of sage it is a plant which can be seen anywhere it looks like shoots make a decoction and apply on hair it is said to be very helpful in covering the gray hair.
  9. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet lot of hair quality texture and color depends upon your diet so if you have proper balanced diet it will definitely help in reducing the gray.
  10. Have multivitamin tablets that contain Para aminobenzoic acid it is a vitamin that can delay the graying of hair.
