The way I got rid of my fat was to go joggging in one of those plastic suits, well just use the bottom part, where sweat pants underneath, then the plastic pants on top of that, and start jogging. You will sweat like crazy, if you can do this atleast 3x a week for 1 month you will definetly start to see the improvement if you want dramatic results just keep it it up. I use to weigh 168lbs.in less than 1 yr i was weighing 130lbs. and no blubber and my thighs were very thin
